At Element MMA, we offer Muay Thai and No-Gi Jiu Jitsu in our kids Mixed Martial Arts Program in a way that keeps kids engaged and excited to learn!

Youth MMA (Ages 5 -14): Building Strong Foundations

Our students start with foundational movements, coordination drills, and fun, engaging activities designed to introduce them to Muay Thai and Jiu Jitsu in a structured yet playful way.

In addition, we focus on technique, discipline, and building a strong foundation in Muay Thai and Jiu-Jitsu fundamentals. As they progress, students develop balance, coordination, and control while practicing drills and partner work.

How will the first class be like for my child?

Once registered, we’ll introduce your child to their coach before their first class to make sure they feel comfortable before stepping onto the mats.

Class starts with fun warm-ups and movement drills, followed by practicing basic techniques with a partner. Kids will drill positions in a controlled, safe setting, and finish with interactive games that reinforce Muay Thai and Jiu-Jitsu movements.
